A unique Viljamovka spirit is made from pure Williams pear, the queen among pears. This premium spirit is made by strictly controlled fermentation from the highest quality fresh fruits, by the action of specially selected fruit yeasts, and double distillation. After that, the spirit must be left for a year before consumption. This Viljamovka is the winner of the big golden charter at the 20th Istrian homemade spirits festival.
Suza T.B. is a family farm engaged in the production of natural products from honey and traditional liqueurs and brandies of the Kvarner area. All brandies and liqueurs are produced and bottled on their own in the Bregi plant, using traditional methods of roasting brandy, double distillation, and careful selection of autochthonous ingredients of natural origin. They do not use industrial additives and dyes, the fruits they use in production come from organic farming from suppliers from Croatia, and the plants are picked by themselves on the slopes of Učka.
