Vesna's full-fat cow's cheese is made according to a traditional recipe. After 3 months of maturation it gets its softness and recognizable golden color. You can serve it with any dish and it can also keep you company with a glass of Istrian Malvasia.
Vesna Loborika is a small cheese factory from the small Istrian town of Marčana. All products are made according to a traditional recipe with exclusively milk from Istrian pastures.
