Tripe is a traditional homemade dish made of edible lining from the stomachs of farm animals. We prepare it from beef offal, with the addition of smoked Istrian pancetta.
Instructions for consumption: remove the desired amount of fillets from the package, place in a bowl and heat on the stove or in the microwave.

Ready-made beef tripe dish for 4+ servings.
Ingredients: beef tripe 48%, water, vegetable sauce (onion, water, celery, carrot, garlic, sunflower oil), smoked skinless bacon (pork belly, salt, sugar, dextrose, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservatives: sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate), sunflower oil, tomato concentrate (tomatoes 99,6%, salt), garlic, WHEAT flour, salt, pepper, spices. May contain traces of GLUTEN, EGG, MILK, MUSTARD, SOY and SESAME.
Net weight: 1800 g
Store at a temperature from +4°C to +8°C.
