Don Julio Añejo is a premium tequila, with a wonderfully warm character. After the distillation process, the tequila ages for eighteen months in oak barrels. The basis of this Don Julio is pure blue agave that grows in the Mexican highlands of Los Altos near Jalisco. The distillery of Don Julio has existed since 1942 in the village of Atotonilco.
