Smoked sea salt provides the perfect aroma of smoked barbecue flavor to any dish. Sprinkle smoked salt over grilled meat, fish or vegetables or rub it over meat and fish when preparing them in the oven or pan. You can also use it for sweet dishes like chocolate cakes. Every winter the Nin Saltworks smokes its natural sea salt in a domestic hothouse at the slopes of the Promina.
Located in the shallow lagoon of Nin bay, Nin Saltworks is in an area with no industry or extensive agriculture, between 5 Croatian national parks which testifies of the purity of salt produced here.
