Škartoceti or Španske ptice are a famous Dalmatian delicacy and an indispensable part of Sunday family lunches and special events. These rolled beef steaks with pancetta and pickles in a rich sauce delight with their smell and taste, and we are sure that they will have the same effect on you.
 
Instructions for consumption: remove the desired amount of food from the package and place it in a suitable container. Heat on the stove or in the microwave. Serve with side dishes of your choice. The product contains a wooden stick!

Ready meal – rolled beef steaks with pancetta and pickles for 2+ servings.
Ingredients: beef 56%, white wine (contains SULFITE), water, smoked pancetta without skin 9% (pork belly, salt, sugar, dextrose, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservatives: sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate), pickles 9% (cucumbers, water, vinegar, kitchen salt, sugar, dill, MUSTARD seeds, hardener: calcium chloride, aroma), BUTTER (contains MILK), mustard (water, MUSTARD seeds, alcoholic vinegar, sugar, salt, spice), garlic, WHEAT flour type 550, salt, pepper. May contain traces of other cereals containing GLUTEN, EGGS, SOY, CELERY AND SESAME.
