Pork ribs 'sous vide' (ca. 600 g)

Boiled 'sous vide' pork ribs from the local producer Vodopivec Istra d.o.o., from Labin. Boiled ribs are very easy to make both in the oven and on the grill. For a delicious and quick meal, you need only 40 minutes, and the ribs will delight even the biggest meat lovers.
 
To prepare in the oven:
Take the ribs, which have already been spiced, out of the vacuum bag and place them on baking paper on a baking tray. If desired, add more salt and place the ribs in a preheated oven at 200 °C and roast for 40 minutes. Serve the ribs with BBQ sauce, salad, grilled vegetables, fresh vegetables or roasted potatoes.
Barbecue preparation:
Remove the ribs from the vacuum bag, add salt if desired and place on a heated grill for 25 minutes. Turn the ribs a couple of times to bake evenly. Serve with BBQ sauce (or any other you like) and roasted potatoes, salad, fresh vegetables or grilled vegetables.
Preparation in a pan:
Remove the ribs from the vacuum bag, add salt if desired and bake in a pan for about 30 minutes on the highest heat. Turn the ribs a couple of times to bake evenly. It is not necessary to use oil, but it is good to cover them with a frying pan lid. Serve them with BBQ sauce (or any other desired) and roasted potatoes, salad, fresh vegetables or grilled vegetables.
