Pork ribs 'sous vide' (ca. 600 g)

Pork ribs, slowly cooked, prepared using the 'sous vide' technique (a technique of cooking in a vacuum at low temperatures) from the local producer Vodopivec Istra d.o.o., from Labin. Prepare them in the oven, on the grill or in a pan!
 
To prepare in the oven:
Take the ribs, which have already been spiced, out of the vacuum bag and place them on baking paper on a baking tray. If desired, add more salt and place the ribs in a preheated oven at 200 °C and roast for 40 minutes. Serve the ribs with BBQ sauce, salad, grilled vegetables, fresh vegetables or roasted potatoes.
Barbecue preparation:
Remove the ribs from the vacuum bag, add salt if desired and place on a heated grill for 25 minutes. Turn the ribs a couple of times to bake evenly. Serve with BBQ sauce (or any other you like) and roasted potatoes, salad, fresh vegetables or grilled vegetables.
Preparation in a pan:
Remove the ribs from the vacuum bag, add salt if desired and bake in a pan for about 30 minutes on the highest heat. Turn the ribs a couple of times to bake evenly. It is not necessary to use oil, but it is good to cover them with a frying pan lid. Serve them with BBQ sauce (or any other desired) and roasted potatoes, salad, fresh vegetables or grilled vegetables.
