Ingredients: WHEAT flour type 550, MILK, organic lemon zest, organic orange zest, sugar, EGG, butter (contains MILK), raisins (raisins, sunflower oil, SULPHITE), powdered sugar, egg yolk (contains EGG), fresh yeast, strong alcoholic drink 37.5% vol.alc. (demineralized water, refined ethyl alcohol, sugar, aroma, coloring: regular caramel), bourbon vanilla flavored sugar [sugar, natural vanilla flavors with other natural flavors (contains MILK), ground vanilla bean], salt. May contain traces of other grains containing GLUTEN, SOY, PEANUTS, NUTS, CELERY and SESAME.
