Instructions for consumption: Remove the desired amount of beans and pasta from the package, place in a bowl, combine and stir, and heat on the stove or in the microwave. You can reheat the stow in the microwave and in the original packaging, after removing the protective foil from the bowl. The bag is not suitable for the microwave.
