Homemade milk-thistle tea from the family farm SILADI from Međimurje. Milk-thistle seeds contain the active ingredient silymarin which is used to protect and detoxify the liver.
Preparation: Pour 1 teaspoon of milk-thistle seeds with 3 dl of hot water, cover for 10-15 minutes, strain and drink while the tea is still fresh and warm.
