White dry premium wine. PDO Croatian Istria. This wine has the aroma of white acacia flower, lime, grapefruit and apple. Opening it in the glass reveals fresh apricot, bread crust and brioche. It is harmonious on the palate, with the taste of grapefruit, pear, apple and bread crust with a slight touch of marzipan. It is medium-bodied, pleasantly fresh, with an impressive and long finish. It is recommended with seafood, grilled white fish, Istrian fuži with truffles or fresh goat cheese.
