Fiuman liqueur is made from macerates of 12 essential herbs of the Primorje region, honey, alcohol, softened water, caramel and natural aromas. The history and nature of Rijeka are an inexhaustible inspiration, so by drinking Fiuman you can taste the flavors of the Rijeka region and taste the wild herbs that grow in the untouched nature of the Kvarner bay.
Suza T.B. is a family farm engaged in the production of natural products from honey and traditional liqueurs and brandies of the Kvarner area. All brandies and liqueurs are produced and bottled on their own in the Bregi plant, using traditional methods of roasting brandy, double distillation, and careful selection of autochthonous ingredients of natural origin. They do not use industrial additives and dyes, the fruits they use in production come from organic farming from suppliers from Croatia, and the plants are picked by themselves on the slopes of Učka.
