Homemade lady's mantle tea from the family farm SILADI from Međimurje. Lady’s mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris) is recommended in traditional medicine for relieving menstrual cramps and regulation of female hormones.
Preparation: pour a teaspoon of Lady's mantle with 3 dcl of hot water, cover for 3 minutes, strain and drink.
Not recommended for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
