Delicious kale strudel with the addition of a rich creme fraiche sauce is ideal as a stand-alone meal with a rich salad or as a side dish with meat. It is practical for a snack at work or when we are in a hurry. It also goes well with fish, especially salmon! Suitable for vegetarians. You can eat it cold or lightly heat it in the oven.
Directions for consumption: take out of the package and heat in the microwave or in a warm oven at 120°C for about 10-15 minutes. Serve with salad and with creme fraiche sauce as a whole meal, or as a side dish with roasted meat or fish. The dish can also be consumed cold.
