Istrian sauce with prosciutto, pancetta and button mushrooms goes perfectly with homemade pasta. Prosciutto, pancetta and mushrooms used for this sauce are from local, istrian producers.
 
Instructions for consumption: take the desired amount of sauce out of the package and boil it in a pan with two tablespoons of water per person or in a microwave oven. Add the cooked pasta and serve. You can reheat the product in the microwave oven and in the original packaging, after removing the protective foil from the container.

Prosciutto, pancetta and mushroom sauce for 4+ servings.
Ingredients: water, button mushrooms 22%, skinelles smoked pancetta 13% (pork belly, salt, sugar, dextrose, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservatives: sodium nitrate and potassium nitrate), vegetable sauce (onion, water, CELERY, carrots, garlic, sunflower oil), prosciutto 9% (pork hind leg, salt, spices, preservatives: sodium nitrate and potassium ascorbate), oil made from mixing refined olive oil and (extra) virgin olive oil, tomato concentrate (tomato 99,6%, salt), WHEAT flour, white wine (contains SULPHITES), red wine (contains SULPHITES), salt, pepper, spices. May contain other grains containing GLUTEN, EGGS, SOY, MILK, NUTS, MUSTARD and SESAME.
