Homemade olive spread from natural, organic ecologically grown olives, without the use of pesticides, ideal for preparing canapes, as an appetizer or garnish. The olives are peeled by hand, without chemical additives or artificial preservatives. In the preparation of spreads, in addition to olives, salt, pepper, garlic, parsley and a lot of love are used.
These olives grow in an olive grove on a didactic farm next to the garden with aromatic herbs of the non-profit association "Istrian - Ecomuseum from Vodnjan", whose goal is to promote and preserve traditional resources, local products, arts and crafts of the local climate. Olives are cared for by members of the association, schoolchildren of all ages and volunteers from all over the world who are learning to live sustainably and in harmony with nature here in Vodnjan.
