Homemade elderflower syrup is a drink with a distinctive taste and aroma reminiscent of childhood when it was prepared by our grandmothers. It is produced on a family farm in central Istria and is a healthier alternative to industrial juices. The syrup should be diluted with water before consumption.
Family farm Pulić is located in the heart of Istria, near Pazin, in the village Pulići. They are primarily engaged in the production of syrups for mixing with water from aromatic herbs (mint and lemon balm, elderberry, linden and thyme). They do not use pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers in their production.
