Delicious homemade clear beef meat soup made of Istrian beef bones will invigorate you instantly. The bones of Istrian cattle - boškarin come from AZRRI, Pazin.
Serving: put the desired amount in a pot and heat up on the stove or in the microwave oven. If you wish to freeze the remaining amount, be sure to do so before the expiration date. Not suitable for heating after freezing. Frozen food needs to be defrosted in the refrigerator and cooked until boiling before consumation. Once defrosted food must not be refrozen.
