Cold pressed hemp oil is obtained by cold squeezing hemp seeds grown on the family farm SILADI from Međimurje. It is not recommended to use it for cooking as it does not remain stable at higher temperatures. It is best used fresh as an addition to salads, sauces, spreads, smoothies, cream soups and stews. It goes well with dishes with rice and other cereals. Hemp oil is an excellent and healthy dressing for salads, and can be used as a substitute for olive oil. Unrefined, cold-pressed hemp oil has a nutty taste and a greenish color, and it is preferable to use it raw.
