Locally grown Istrian hazelnuts will delight everyone's palate. They can be eaten raw, and are especially delicious when gently roasted. Their aromatic taste is inevitable in many dishes and desserts. Hazelnuts are a very good source of minerals: manganese, copper, magnesium, phosphorus and iron.
