Gregada - sea bass and sea bream stew for 2 persons (1 kg)

This traditional fisherman's dish, originally from Dalmatia, is actually a combination of soup and main dish. It is prepared from white fish fillet and potatoes, and owes its special taste to the aromatic notes of olive oil and white wine. Light and delicious, it's ideal for summer days!
 
Instructions for consumption: remove the desired amount of gregada from the package and heat it in a suitable container on the stove or in the microwave oven. You can reheat the product in the microwave oven and in the original packaging, after removing the protective film from the container.

A dish of sea bass, sea bream and potatoes for 2+ servings.
Ingredients: potatoes 23%, sea bream fillet 17% (Sparus aurata) (FISH, sodium citrate, sodium ascorbate), seabass fillet 17% (Dicentrarchus labrax) (FISH, sodium citrate, sodium ascorbate), tomato, onion, white wine (contains SULFITE), oil obtained by mixing refined olive oil and (extra) virgin olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, lemon juice (contains SULFITE), pepper. May contain grains containing GLUTEN, CRAB, EGGS, other FISH, SOY, MILK, CELERY, MUSTARD, SESAME and MOLLUSCS.
