Gibanica - pie with cheese, pumpkin and poppy (2 kg)

Homemade gibanica pie made from thin crusts of pulled dough, fresh cheese from an Istrian producer and butternut squash, with added ground poppy seeds. A unique combination of flavors and textures that you have to try!
 
Instructions for consumption: remove the lid from the container and place the product in a preheated oven at 160°C and heat for 15 minutes. The product can be reheated in a microwave oven and in the original packaging, after removing the protective foil from the container. The packaging is not suitable for reheating in a static oven with classic heaters or a grill.
 
GIBANICA WITH CHEESE AND PUMPKIN
Ready-made dish of pulled dough with cottage cheese, pumpkin and poppy for 6+ servings.
Ingredients: fresh hand-pulled dough 21% (WHEAT white flour, water, salt, emulsifier SOY lecithin, preservative potassium sorbate, acidity regulators potassium citrate, sodium diacetate, flour treatment agent L-cysteine, corn starch), cottage cheese 16% (contains MILK), pumpkin 16%, MILK, yogurt (contains MILK), sour cream (contains MILK), EGG, sunflower oil, poppy seeds, salt. May contain other cereals containing GLUTEN, CELERY, MUSTARD and SESAME.
