Salty "gibanica" pie made from fresh-drawn crusts, with cottage cheese, yogurt, milk from an Istrian dairy and free-range eggs. This juicy 'Gibanica' pie is a perfect choice for a meatless meal or a warm appetizer. It is best served with a cup of plain homemade yogurt from the Valfresco store.
Directions for consumption: remove the lid from the pan and place the product in a preheated oven at 160 °C and heat for 15 minutes. The packaging is not suitable for heating in a microwave oven. If you want to heat the dish in the microwave, move it to a suitable container. It can also be eaten cold.
