This famous intense yellow cheese gained its name after the city of Gauda in The Netherlands. When melted, Gauda adds extra rich flavour and is recommended to be served with warm dishes.
GAUDA CHEESE - SLICED
Minimum 45% milk fat in dry matter. Minimum 50% dry matter.
Ingredients: pasteurised milk, dairy cultures, kitchen salt, rennet, firmer: calcium chloride, colouring: beta carotene.
Packaged in a controlled atmosphere.
Best used by date on package, if kept at +4 C to +8 C temperature.
