Try this delicious freshly made seafood sauce with istrian home-grown garlic in combination with our homemade Valfresco pasta or rice.
 
Serving: put the desired amount in a pot, add 2 spoons of water per person, heat up on the stove or in the microwave oven, add cooked pasta and serve. Not suitable for freezing.

Seafood sauce for 2+ servings
Ingredients: FISH stock [water, HAKE 10%, carrot, COD 5%, CELERY, onion, FISH base 2%(maltodextrine, potato starch, table salt, sunflower oil, palm fat, powdered fish (COD) 8,6%, sugar, WHEAT flour, yeast extract, powdered onion 1,3%, powdered carrot juice, fructose, SOY sauce (SOY;WHEAT), white wine extract. May contain MILK, EGGS, CELERY, MOLLUSCS and CRABS, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper], SHRIMPS 15% (contains SULPHITES), MUSSLES 15% (contains SULPHITES), CUTTLEFISH 15% (contains SULPHITES), tomato pulp(tomato 70%, tomato juice 30%, acidity regulator: citric acid), sunflower oil, vegetable sauce (onion, water, CELERY, carrot, garlic, sunflower oil), white wine (contains SULPHITES), tomato concentrate (tomatoes 99,6%, salt), WHEAT flour, black olives (black olives, salt, stabilizer: iron gluconate), salt, pepper.
