This wine has aromas of black berries, cherries, vanilla and cloves, while the taste is rounded off by silky tannins and a decent body. It goes well with beef cheeks, lamb chops and veal under the roof. To ensure quality and consistency of taste, this wine must be aged in Barrique barrels for at least a year, softening the rough tannins while preserving the distinctiveness of the variety. It is best served at a temperature between 15 and 17°C.
