The salt flower is obtained in ideal weather conditions. It appears on the surface of brine as a thin layer of salt leaves like the petals of flowers that are picked by hand. It is added to dishes after the cooking is finished, just before serving. Try it on fish, meat, cooked vegetables and desserts and enjoy the rich and intense aroma of your dishes.
Located in the shallow lagoon of Nin bay, Nin Saltworks is in an area with no industry or extensive agriculture, between 5 Croatian national parks which testifies of the purity of salt produced here.
