Chamomile tea is one of the most famous teas in the world, especially for its calming effect and beneficial effect on the body. Preparation: Pour 1-2 teaspoons of the flower with 2 dl of boiling water, leave covered for 10-15 minutes, then strain. Tea is best consumed unsweetened.
