Dandelion syrup from the family farm Zvijezdana Križmanić from Veli Ježenj, near Pazin. Dandelion is an extremely healthy wild plant rich in vitamins A and C, as well as calcium, potassium and sodium. Dandelion flowers are most often used to make syrup or 'honey' which can be added to various desserts, or it can be drank alone as a medicine, especially as a cough syrup for children.
Family farm Zvijezdana Križmanić is located in central Istria in a small village called Veli Ježenj. They grow seasonal vegetables and fruits. Real, home-made flavors from the heart of Istria.
