Shepherd's soup is a well-known Slavonian dish, which was prepared by shepherds in nature when they would take sheep and cows to pasture. They would gather stones, light a fire, fill the cauldron with water and put in what meat and vegetables they would have that day. After 3 hours of cooking, they would take out the bread and enjoy a real little feast! In Valfresco, this cooking process is much simpler, but the original taste in its fullness remains unchanged! This thick soup with three types of meat (beef, pork and venison) and spicy peppers is the perfect choice for colder days!
 
Instructions for consumption: take the desired amount of soup out of the package, put it in a bowl and heat it on the stove or in the microwave.

Ingredients: vegetable sauce (onion, water, celery, carrot, garlic, sunflower oil), beef 14%, pork 14%, venison 14% (meat around the ribs 80%, shank 20%), water, tomato pulp (tomato 70%, tomato juice 30%, acidity regulator: citric acid), homemade lard (lard, MILK, onion), red wine (SULFITI), salt, spicy pepper 2%, pepper, bay leaf. Contains traces of GLUTEN, EGG, SOY, SESAME and MUSTARD.
