Instructions for consumption: remove the desired amount of stew from the package, put it in a container and heat it on the stove or in the microwave.

Chickpea and lentil stew for 4+ servings.
Ingredients: chickpeas 18% (chickpeas, water, salt, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), water, carrots, potatoes, lentils 9%, tomato pulp (tomatoes 70%, tomato juice 30%, acidity regulator: citric acid), onion, SOY cooking cream (SOY extract (SOY base 84,4%, water, dehulled SOY beans 5,5%, sunflower oil, sugar, emulsifier (sucrose esters of fatty acids), stabilizers (xanthan gum, carrageenan, guar gum), sea salt, flavor)), tomato concentrate (tomatoes 99,6%, salt), oil obtained by mixing refined olive oil and (extra) virgin olive oil, garlic, salt. May contain traces of cereals containing GLUTEN, EGGS, MILK, NUTS, CELERY, MUSTARD and SESAME.
