Breaded hake and potato dumplings come with a fresh cream sauce with dill and a slightly spicy mustard sauce with honey. A perfect choice for a light summer dinner with a rich salad.
Instructions for consumption: heat the dumplings briefly on a pan or in a suitable container in the microwave oven. They can be heated in the oven on a sheet lined with baking paper for 5-10 minutes at 160°C. Serve them with accompanying cold sauces and a slice of lemon. The dumplings can also be eaten cold.
