This version of Italian gorgonzola is mildly spicy and salty. These qualities make this cow milk cheese go great with wines like chardonnay or riesling which enhace the flavour of BoviBlue.
BOVI BLUE CHEESE
Soft full-fat cheese with noble rot. Minimum 45% milk fat in dry matter, minimum 45% dry matter.
Ingredients: pasteurised milk, kitchen salt, firmer: calcium chloride, dairy cultures, noble rot cultures, rennet.
Use by date on package, if kept at +4 C to +8 C temperature.
