Boškarin ox stew is a traditional Istrian dish prepared from the meat of the Istrian cattle. Boškarin used in this "žgvacet" is locally sourced from the istrian agency AZRRI.
Serving: remove the desired amount of sauce from the package and boil in a pan with two tablespoons of water per person or in the microwave. Add cooked pasta or other side dish as desired and serve.

May contain traces of GLUTEN, EGG, SOY, SESAME, MILK and MUSTARD.
