Boškarin ox stew is a traditional Istrian dish prepared from the meat of the Istrian cattle (Boškarin). Boškarin used in this stew is locally sourced from the istrian agency AZRRI.
 
Instruction for consumption: remove the desired amount of sauce from the packaging and heat in a pan with two tablespoons of water per person, or in a microwave oven. Add cooked pasta and serve. ou can reheat the product in the microwave and in the original packaging, after removing the protective foil from the container.

Ingredients: beef meat from Istrian cattle (neck and shoulder) 65%, vegetable sauce (onion, CELERY, carrot, sunflower oil, garlic), red wine (contains SULPHITES), sunflower oil, tomato concentrate (tomatoes 99,6%, salt), tomato pulp (tomato puree 60%, tomato juice, acidity regulator: citric acid), plum jam, WHEAT flour, salt, pepper, spices: rosemary, marjoram and bay leaf. May contain other cereals containing GLUTEN, EGG, SOYA, MILK, SESAME and MUSTARD.
