Defrosted black pork originating from Slavonia (shoulder, belly and muscle, with lard).
 
Instructions for consumption: the meat must be heat-treated before consumption. Do not break the cold chain. DO NOT FREEZE.
 
Recommendation: marinate meat in a marinade of root vegetables, wine and Mediterranean spices. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes, with occasional soaking and turning, then add the vegetables and bake for about 45-60 minutes.
