Tapenade – Provençal spread made of black olives in our version! The rich flavor comes from briny capers, salty anchovies, and aromatic herbs. Spread it on toasted bread or crackers, or serve it with grissini and crisp crudités!

Black olive spread.
Ingredients: black olives in brine 56% (black olives, water, kitchen salt, stabiliser: iron gluconate), oil derived by mixing refined olive oil and (extra) virgin olive oil, lemon, salted capers (capers 75%, salt 25%), parsley, salted ANCHOVY fillet in sunflower oil (ANCHOVY FISH (Engraulis encrasicolus)) 65%, sunflower oil 35%), garlic. May contain grains containing GLUTEN, CRAB, EGGS, other FISH, SOY, MILK, NUTS, CELERY, MUSTARD, SESAME, SULFITES and MOLLUSCS.
