Homemade barley flour from the family farm SiLADI from Međimurje. Barley flour is most commonly used as a substitute for white flour in pancakes, pies, biscuits etc. Due to the insufficient amount of gluten, it is rarely used on its own in the preparation of bread, but when mixed with wheat flour, we get bread that retains moisture.
