Breaded rice balls with mushrooms, served with a creamy dill sauce. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside – our take on this Sicilian classic is simply unmissable!
Instructions for consumption: remove the foil from the container and heat in a fan oven for 5 - 7 minutes at 160°C. The packaging is not suitable for reheating in a static oven with classic heaters or a grill. You can reheat the product in a microwave oven and in the original packaging, after removing the protective foil from the container. Serve with the included cream and dill sauce. It can also be eaten cold.
Ingredients (arancini): rice 30%, wild mushrooms 19% (champignons, shiitake, oyster mushrooms, panjata, porcini), onion, hard cow's cheese (MILK, salt, rennet, anti-caking agent cellulose), sunflower oil, white wine (contains SULPHITES), butter (contains MILK), oil obtained by mixing refined olive oil and (extra) virgin olive oil, breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, water, yeast, salt, sunflower oil, sugar, anti-caking agent: calcium carbonate, emulsifiers: mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid, enzymes, pea fiber, SOY flour, dried WHEAT sourdough (WHEAT flour, starter)), liquid part of vegetable stock (water, CELERY, onion, yellow carrot, leek, kale, cabbage, parsnip, parsley root, carrot, garlic, pepper), garlic, salt, bay leaf, thyme, pepper.
