Apples are rich in vitamins (C, A, E, K, and B group) and minerals (potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, and iron), helping to provide energy and reduce fatigue. Raspberries contain high amounts of vitamins (C, E, K, and B group) and are rich in antioxidants.
