Beetroot is rich in nutrients essential for health and a youthful appearance, such as iron, folate, iodine, manganese, potassium, copper, magnesium, phosphorus, and vitamin C. Carrot is rich in beta-carotene, vitamins (K, C, and E), folic acid, and minerals (phosphorus, potassium, and manganese). Beta-carotene from carrots helps strengthen the immune system and protects against infections. Apples are rich in vitamins (C, A, E, K, and B group) and minerals (potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, and iron), helping to provide energy and reduce fatigue.
