Dry white wine, greenish-yellow color, crystal clear. The fragrance features fruity notes of apricot, orange peel, yellow apple and vineyard peach accompanied by notes of green grass, mint and cassia flower. The wine is pleasantly fresh, tasty and harmonious, with an aftertaste of vineyard peach. It goes well with cold appetizers such as fish carpaccio or Istrian prosciutto, but also with warm appetizers such as risotto with shrimps and asparagus. This Malvasia is the holder of the Protected Mark of Authenticity. It is produced and filled by OPG Ivan Kadum.
