This sweet and sticky rice is ideal for making sushi and a variety of rice balls.
Directions for use: for 2 people: 125 g of rice boil in 300 ml of water for about 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and let stand for another 10 minutes for the rice to swell. Sprinkle the rice with a mixture of rice vinegar (1 tablespoon), cane sugar (1/2 tablespoon) and salt (1/2 teaspoon) and mix well.
