Mixture for fritule fritters (1 kg)

Fill your home with the scent of freshly baked fritule fritters adored by children and adults. With Valfresco ready mix, fritule with yogurt and apple are ready in no time! Sprinkle them with powdered sugar mixed with a dash of cinnamon or chocolate.
 
Instructions for preparing fritule: open the bag and transfer the mixture to a bowl and mix gently. On a stove in a deeper pan, heat the frying oil in an amount that a tablespoon of the mixture shaped into a round fritter can sink into the oil. When the oil is warm enough to fry (it must not smoke), shape the fritula with a spoon and carefully place them in the oil. Fry until golden brown. Remove the fried fritulas with a mesh on a paper-lined mat to soak up excess oil. Sprinkle lukewarm fritters with powdered sugar and cinnamon if desired and enjoy!

A mixture for making traditional fried desserts - fritula
Ingredients: WHEAT flour type 550, yogurt (contains MILK), apple, EGG, lemon, sugar, raisins (raisins, sunflower oil), strong alcoholic beverage 37.5% vol.alk. (demineralized water, refined ethyl alcohol, sugar, flavoring, coloring: caramel), vanilla sugar (sugar, flavoring: vanillin), baking powder (disintegrants (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate)), corn starch], salt. May contain traces of other CEREALS containing GLUTEN, PEANUTS, SOY, NUTS, CELERY, SESAME, SULPHITE and BARLEY.
