Homemade stew with sausage and dry ribs is a traditional Istrian dish with rich taste and aroma. The meal is made of home-made sausages from our production and with home-made dry ribs from the Istrian manufacturer. It is perfectly combined with our pljukanci. Feel the real, home-made Istrian cuisine in every bite.
 
Serving: remove the desired amount of meal from the package, place in a pot or bowl and heat on the stove or in the microwave. Serve with pasta of your choice or polenta.
 
HOMEMADE STEW OF SAUSAGE AND DRY RIBS
Ready meal - sausage and dry ribs sauce for 2+ servings
Ingredients: water, vegetable sauce (onion, water, CELERY, carrot, garlic, sunflower oil), homemade sausage for roasting 21% [pork meat 73%, pork fat, white wine, garlic, salt, pepper, spices, edible casing (pork small intestine, water, salt)], dry pork ribs 12% (pork ribs, spices), white wine, tomato concentrate (tomatoes 99.6%, salt), spices. May contain traces of cereals containing GLUTEN, EGGS, SOY, MUSTARD MILK, SESAME and SULPHITE.

Store at a temperature of +2°C to +4°C.
